Naruto Hand Seals
The ninja may use a hand seal to perform a jutsu. A ninja will also manipulate his chakra in order to do so. Not all jutsus need a hand seal, like Taijutsu, but the ninja might use a handseal only to focus their chakra to a centain area(s) of his body.
